Placement Coordinator

Operating across Ireland, UK and Europe, Boven Group are a leading Health & Safety Consultancy and Recruitment contracting provider to our leading multinational Construction and Manufacturing based clients.

Due to continued growth, Boven Group are seeking to recruit a Placement Coordinator to assist with the recruitment of candidates for various contracts. This position will be based at our Head Office in Hillsborough Co. Down.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• To assist with the recruitment of candidates for various contracts across the business including:
• Registering candidates
• Screening applications
• Maintaining and updating the recruitment database
• Arranging introductory calls and arranging interviews for candidates
• Utilising CV databases
• Formatting candidate CVs
• Assist with advertising campaigns.
• Handling queries and telephone calls
• General administrative duties
• Assist with Travel and Accommodation bookings.
• Candidate On-boarding

• Starting Salary £28,000
